I can't keep up with Henry these days.  First, a fraternity. Never ever would I have believed nine months after starting life in Tuscaloosa that he'd be an official fraternity brother.  That he'd be a Chemical Engineering major on the MBA track.  That he'd be moving into an apartment in the fall.  That he'd be applying for a leadership position with the Student Government Association.  That he'd be a member of the Chemical Honor Society AND a member of the Hispanic and Latino Association, where he's known simply as, "Pablo", of course.  Never ever would I have believed it, yet here we are.  Sigma Alpha Mu University of Alabama   2022 Pledge Class Gamma Sigma Epsilon Chemistry Honor Society  When I asked for a picture I didn't expect one in front of a vending machine.  LOL.

For the last week Viv had been not-so-subtly hinting that the Easter bunny better be to ready to go with an Easter egg hunt. So there was Matt just like he's been for the last (almost) 22 years...outside after Mass hiding eggs...and he couldn't have been happier!  Vivian's most beautiful and most delicious carrot cake! It was nice to have three Easter baskets  to put together but we sure were missing Maxwell  No matter the age...Pokemon cards always win! Roll Tide Happy Easter! April 17, 2022  

Viv is totally and completely living her best life! Within the last ten days she's had her 8th grade adventure day to Topsail, was the Virgin Mary in Living Stations, swam strong in her second swim meet of the season, and finished out her lacrosse season was a solid W. All in ten days work! SMCS  Class of 2022 Topsail Adventure Day  SMCS  Living Stations  Viv was (behind the screen) Mary  SMCS  Destin Swim Meet 2 The SMCS Archangels "swam their wings off"! I'm not sure how I get myself  into these things but I'm helping   coach these swimmers...and I'm kind of loving it! Viv in the 200m freestyle relay SMCS vs. LJS 10-6 for the win! (with 12 saves on 18 shots!) So, so proud of this kid!!

Lax season is back!! Saint Mary School has started their first girls lacrosse season and guess who their starting (and only LOL) goalie is?!  Viv is so excited for this! Not only is she playing with her friends, she's part of the first program, which is such a big deal for her. The first goalie on the first SMCS girls team!  And the icing on the cake is that she rocked it in the net. She had 9 saves for 13 shots on goal in an Archangels 11-4 win!!  8th grade team captains Two different schools...two super proud goalies! LJS and SMCS
